Ord[i]nance
An original ruleset created by Nate Garland and Josh Cagno

Ord[i]nance, or simply Ordinance, is a completely original TTRPG ruleset designed to play with a basic set of polyhedral dice, a hexagonal battle map, and color coded markers indicating elemental spaces.
(Red for fire, blue for water, green for earth, and yellow for air.)
What is Ord[i]nance?

The action economy of Ordinance is based on risk versus reward, giving the player more chances to succeed, but also more chances to fail. Unlike most TTRPG's, death is 100% inevitable with Ordinance, as it was designed around the human experience and how we, as humans, would experience these challenges. Not all damage is physical and not every injury can be fully healed.
But just because this isn't a fantasy based game doesn't mean it lacks that magic touch. (Spellcasters, there's something there for you to try!)

Ordinance offers a unique set of classes to choose from:
Bastion:
Displacer:
Gatherer:
Maverick:
Medic:
Rangebreaker:
Vanguard:
Because every group needs a healer. Anyone can place a band-aid, but when your life is on the line, you'll want a skilled hand sewing you up.
The unbreakable wall between chaos and order, the last line of defense when all else fails. They endure every hit, never backing down, because the Bastion always holds.
The jack of all trades. Some people have one hobby and some people have 6 hobbies, 14 unfinished projects, and a list of other things they want to try.
For the person who likes to hang back, watch the action from all angles and
strike when the time is right.
For the one with nerves of steel and a fire in their belly, the vanguards are ready to dominate the battlefield.
Water. Earth. Fire. Air. These are the elements that run through your veins. Harness them and bring about the Harvest.
There's always one person in the group who likes to tinker and build things. This
person is always looking to create new gadgets or upgrade what they already have.

Ordinance also has some different terminology for some
already well known TTRPG mechanics:
Bravery
Persistence
Technique
Alacrity
Logic
Instinct
Constitution
Charisma
Strength
Dexterity
Intelligence
Wisdom
